On Saturday, October 31, nine young men from St. John Vianney Seminary in St. Paul volunteered their time – and muscles – to help get our yard and gardens ready for winter. It was a cold and rainy morning but their spirits were high and they were eager to do some manual labor and take a break from all of their studying. Many of them knew very little about our organization so this gave LSP an opportunity to share with them what our mission is and talk about the people we serve. We thank them for all of their hard work and let’s hope we see them in the spring!
Leaves, leaves and more leaves!
